Triage Nurse/Surgery Scheduler

Location: Fort Wayne Indiana

Description: FW Orthopedics LLC is at present recruited Triage Nurse/Surgery Scheduler right now, this position will be placed in Indiana. Fort Wayne Orthopedics is a large musculoskeletal practice based in Fort Wayne, IN with thirteen satellite clinic locations. Our specialty-trained experts are dedicated t! o providing exceptional, compassionate care in the treatment of orthopedic conditions.

Our practice has an opportunity for a nurse to provide backup coverage in our Triage and Surgery Scheduling departments. Duties include phone support in responding to patient inquiries regarding their medical care and educating patients regarding the peri-operative process in addition to coordinating surgery appointments for Physicians. Must currently be licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Per-diem 8a-5p; 2 to 3 days per week.
