The LPN in Ambulatory/Specialty Care Services effectively performs all nursing functions in an efficient manner and in accordanc! e with policies, procedures, and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. The LPN in Ambulatory/Specialty Care Services manages phone and walk-in triage, assesses patients and documents as appropriate, educates patients and family members and effectively serves as a preceptor and/or resource when called upon.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Indiana LPN license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider preferred)
- Bilingual (able to speak and understand) in English and Spanish preferred
