NeuroRestorative Indiana offers a continuum of post-acute programs and community based services for adults with acquired brain injuries and other neurological challenges. Located on three acres of serene wooded land, our Indiana program offers a home-like, therapeutic environment just fifteen minutes from downtown Indianapolis.

NeuroRestorative Indiana is looking for Full-Time Days - 12 Hour Day Shifts, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

NeuroRestorative is seeking a LPN/LVN to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
Qualifications

Requirements:
Two year college degree in nursing or related field or state certificate
One year of experience working with population served in a nursing capacity
Current LPN/LVN licensure for state of residence
Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state such as CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS certification, BBP and ACT training
Ability to pass background checks
Ability to pass drug screen and physical
Current Valid Indiana Drivers License
Acceptable Driving Record
