These opportunities will be located within multi-specialty practices in recently built and gorgeous facilities.

This is a 100% outpatient practice in a federally qualified health center. You will be responsible for the care of patients of all ages treating their primary care nee! ds in a patient centered medical home model of care. You will ! be joining 25 healthcare providers and a staff of 200 dedicated associates.
