Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3. Minimum 2 years recruitment experience - Home Care recruitment a! plus.
4. Strong computer skills and experience to include MS Office suite (word, excel, outlook, etc); Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate interaction and management
6. Knowledge of State/Federal employment laws
7. Excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work load
8. Flexibility required at all times; ability to travel within assigned recruitment territory and work non-traditional hours as needed (i.e. weekend, open houses, etc)

Job Description:
Looking for a positive, high energy, rewarding opportunity? Loving Care Agency is currently seeking an experienced nurse recruiter to join our team! Position will cover our Fort Wayne and Valparaiso regions. Must have experience identifying and locating talent within the assigned market/territory. Previous recruiting experience a must, healthcare! background a plus.

1. Recruit qualified clinical app! licants to work in home care; coordinating recruitment efforts to branch needs in partnership with schedulers/coordinators and Home Care Specialist (sales).
2. Determine best recruitment strategy for region, and handles all sourcing activities such as, but not limited to advertisements, job fairs, reactivation campaigns, and referral programs.
3. Use networking and online sourcing, in addition to traditional sourcing methods, to identify potential candidates.
4. Employ effective customer service and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and present the Company as an employer of choice.
5. Conduct follow-up with applicants and potential candidates to stay abreast of continued interest in employment opportunities.
6. Handle entire recruitment process using the Company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to appropriately track recruitment activity and ensure accurate recruitment data and reports (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, ! etc.,) send to management.
7. Other duties as assigned by management.
8. Must be able to travel as required for business purposes.
