Staff Nurse - Acuity Adaptable Resource Pool

Location: Indianapoli! s Indiana

Description: Wishard Health Services is currently interviewing Staff Nurse - Acuity Adaptable Resource Pool right now, this position will be placed in Indiana. Further informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. ACLS certification
Active Indiana RN license
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience as an RN
Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience

JOB SUMMARY:
The Acuity Adaptable Resource Pool Staff Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the unit using the Wishard model of care, Synergy. The Acuity Adaptable Resource Pool Staff Nurse coordinates with the pati! ent, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ens! ure care is appropriate to patient care needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Indiana RN license
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience as an RN in a Telemetry setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Recent experience working with patients on cardiac monitoring
