JOB SUMMARY:
The Progressive ICU Staff Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the unit using the Wishard model of care, Synergy. The Progressive ICU Staff Nurse coordinates with the patient, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate to patient care needs.

Nurses practice autonomously while collaborating with physicians and other disciplines to truly impact each patient's plan of care. The Progressive ICU at Wishard is a fast-paced, energetic environment that includes multiple services lines, ensuring nurses will gain the most diverse experience possible!
- Active Indiana RN license
- Minimum of one year clinical nursing experience as an RN in a similar setting (critical care, ! telemetry) preferred
- Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification preferred; may be obtained after hire
