The Burn Unit Staff Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the unit using the Wishard model of care, Synergy. The Burn Unit Staff Nurse coordinates with the patient, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate to patient care needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Indiana RN license
• Minimum of one year clinical nursing experience as an RN in a similar setting (Burn, Critical Care) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification preferred; may be obtained after hire
