Quality Program Manager

Location: Indianapolis Indiana

DUTIES: Under the direction of the Quality Resources Director, designs, implements, manages and is accountable for the quality program that includes collection/analysis of data, oversight of monitoring and reporting processes, and implementation of interventions to drive performance improvement and achieve Network, regulatory and payor requirements. EDUCATION: Graduate of an NLN or CCNE accredited program of nursing; Bachelors degree preferred LICENSURE: Current and valid IN RN license. CNOR preferred. EXPERIENCE: Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory standards, including state licensure, CMS regulations, AAAHC and Joint Commission standards and Life Safety Codes. Perioperative experience strongly preferred. Experience with collection and analysis of Quality Data. Ability to organize and lead teams, strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and integrity. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Full-time M-F; benefited position; variable hours. Position will be located at 7330 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
