EDUCATION
Minimum
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor degree in nursing science (BSN), or ASN with current education plan to obtain ! BSN.
Preferred
Bachelor degree in nursing science from a nursing program accredited by a professional nursing accrediting body.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Registered Nurse Licensure, state of Indiana; BLS required within 90 days of hire; ACLS and PALS certification required within one year of hire. CCRN certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum
Satisfactory completion of clinical experience while in nursing program.
Preferred
2 years ICU or critical care experience preferred. Uses computerized documentation system.
