Role Business Analyst Associate Location Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate 30Hr on 1099 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Update and maintain modular training to reflect current system processing and changes b! ased on system releases since 2011 Develop a new training module testing work plan to be used in instances of new development testing for users and internal start. Enhance training module for l-Reports to include data tor notifiable conditions reporting. Provide ongoing train-the-trainer support and assist the SID Fiend Epidemiologists as they schedule and execute llI3 and hospital trainings. Develop and update other training materials tor presentation as required.
Publish various notices regarding l-NEDSS, including system updates, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), announcements for training opportunities general updates on the status or the l-NEDSS training. This task is on-going as required. Report directly to the Surveillance and investigation Division Director or designee for purposes of strategic direction and status of the Training Activities. This task is on-going as required.
Participate as part of the l-NEDSS core-team, and the MNEDSS Steering Commi! ttee to discuss future direction of l-NEDSS. This task is ongo! ing as required. Provide testing and business analysis support tor QA system releases before promotion to the Production system. Report problems and Endings to core team for follow up.
Provide training and demos to new client’s staff as needed. Participate in Public Health Nurses conferences and provide l-NEDSS marketing and promotional materials in order to encourage new and continued l-NEDSS use. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Proven organization.

Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher. and Access (required) User-level experience with Snag-it (required) Experience with development and presentation of training materials (required) Proven ability to self-manage and complete contract deliverables (required) Experience developing train-the-trainer programs and implementation of those programs (preferred) Experience ! developing computer-based training modules (preferred) Experience in software testing and business analysis (preferred) Experience in public health or medical related industry (preferred) Experience with l-NEDSS or other disease surveillance systems.
