We have a great part time opportunity managing our newest client's wellness clinic, located in Mooresville, Indiana. Clinic hours will be 3pm - 7pm, Monday throu! gh Friday. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to support the needs of employer groups. Our Nurse Practitioners serve as a member of the Spectrum Health Systems team. We are committed to the delivery of high quality evidenced-based medical care with a focus on prevention, behavior change, health promotion and health maintenance activities that affect long-term health outcomes. Our Nurse Practitioners direct medical services which include: conducting physical health assessments, injury related and random drug testing, making differential diagnoses and prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments in the direct management of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries within the scope of state regulations governing advanced practice.
There will also be collaboration with our ons! ite wellness coordinator for proactive outreach to high risk e! mployees for disease management/chronic condition health coaching. Our Nurse Practitioner will foster, promote, and restore patient health through the development and use of prepared wellness materials and by partnering with physicians and other multi-disciplinary team members to provide physical and psychosocial support to employees.Spectrum Health Systems is an Indianapolis based health management company that partners with organizations to reduce claims utilization and improve the health of employee and dependent populations.
