Trilogy Health Services, an innovative, dynamic Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living company based out of Louisville, KY, has an outstanding career opportunity for a 'hands on' experienced Maintenance Manager to join our organization.
Our Maintenance Manager will be an experienced working manager who will direct the maintenance staff, ensure facilities and systems operate properly at our existing health campuses located in Madison, Indiana . This position will ensure smooth daily operations and facility maintenance, providing compliance in environmental and ! safety programs, equipment installations, preventative mainten! ance program, inventory, and coordinating with contractors on renovations, remodels and new construction related to property. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong management background preferably in the Hospitality or Health Care arena.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have prior Management experience with 5 years in Hospita! lity or Health-care industry preferred.
Requires 24/7 on-call availability.
Must possess a strong Customer Service focus.
Must possess a passion for teaching others and ability to work in a team environment.
Must have hands-on working knowledge of steam boilers, chillers, cooling towers and pump systems.
Must be proficient in use of electrical metering equipment and be able to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
Must be knowledgeable of Life Safety codes.
Must be knowledgeable of HVACR process.
Must possess strong plumbing skills
Must be knowledgeable of pneumatic systems.
