Qualifications
Our Brazil office is adding occupational medicine and immediate care services to the community. There are many businesses that will benefit from this care delivery model. We also take care of previous providers patients for chronic disease management. We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to take over ! the current patient panel as well as continue to grow the prac! tice. There is a LPN in the office to assist.
Requirements: Indiana RN license and eligible to apply for prescriptive authority. Experience preferred, but will consider new graduates.
The office is open Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. No on-call hours!
