Description: Henry County Hospital is at present recruited Care Partner right now, this career will be placed in Indiana. Works under close supervision by assisting in the care of patients by answering nurse call lights, bathing, dressing, feeding, transporting, and providing for the basic needs of the patient. Monitors vital signs ! and other patient activities, reports changes to the RN or LPN. Changes bed linen and maintains assigned patient's rooms in an orderly fashion. Functions under the scope of service as outlined in the unit specific PI Plan.
QUALIFICATIONS: Work requires the ability to read well enough to follow specific and detailed nursing procedures, the ability to write legibly, use good English grammar, spell accurately and communicate effectively with a variety of people. This level of education is normally acquired through completion of a high school education. Completion of a certified nursing assistant program or previous experience. Three to twelve months as a nursing assistant is preferred.
WORKING HOURS: FULL-TIME: working 6A-2P includes working every other holiday and every other weekend.
