In addition, nurse will assist physician with any patient care issues as well as follow up, such as prescriptions, refills, prior authorizations etc.

Graduate from accredited School of Nursing. Requires RN or LPN license from Indiana State Board of Nursing. Customer service skills, computer skills, and attention to detail required. Prefer EMR experience.
