Job Details:
POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinates all patient greeting, registration, scheduling and checkout activities. Schedules surgeries/procedures and obtains pre-authorizations from insurance companies. Organizes all duties so that Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant/Nurse time in the clinical area is maximized.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalency required. At least one (1) year customer service experience required. Must have computer skills.
