ILAB Sales Representative

Location: South Bend Indiana

Description: PSS World Medical is in need of ILAB Sales Representative right now, this job will be placed in Indiana. More details about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the Infolab customer base. This includes achieving annual sales / revenue / gross profit goals within a specified territory.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Business or Science Bachelor’s Degree, Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technologist degree or extensive job related experience required. Sales experience preferred. Must be able to relocate and travel within the sales territory.

PREFERRED OFFICE/MACHINE EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE

Must be capable with personal computer. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and fax machines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for maintaining and growing existing consumables

base.

• Responsible for generating leads / cultivating / closing capital

equipment.

• Utilize national agreements / corporate accounts to penetrate

accounts.

• Prepare presentations and price quotes for customers.
• Use SIMS to input customer orders.
• Must be able to meet forecasted goals.

NON-! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a high level of! working knowledge about products to offer

customers.

• Attend educational sales meetings and training on as needed

basis.

• Work with and build strong relationships with key manufacturer

reps.

• Must perform any related duties as assigned.

INTERACTIONS:
This person will interact with all members of physicians’ staff (including but not limited to the receptionist, office manager, nurse, and physician), all local branch employees, field support employees, and manufacturer representatives.
