Description: Greencroft Goshen Healthcare South is at present recruited Director of Marketing right now, this vacancy will be placed in Indiana. For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Greencroft Goshen Director of Marketing (Full Time) Greencroft Goshen is seeking Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have minimum years experience in a 300 unit continuing ca! re retirement community (CCRC) setting (10 years preferred) and will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Greencroft Goshen. This includes but is not limited to marketing and leasing of apartment homes, wait list generation and maintenance, and overall management of the apartment turnover process. Knowledge of independent living, assisted living, adult day services, skilled nursing care, subsidized housing and home health care is preferred.

Knowledge of AOD contact management software is preferred. Bachelor's degree required, senior housing professional designation preferred. The Director will supervise one staff member. Minimum travel is required, as well as occasional weekend or evening work for marketing purposes as needed.
