Our hospital provides individualized care directed to the specific needs of each patient. and our center offers 20-bed critical care unit, skilled nursing unit, progressive care unit, medical and surgical units, family birthplace center, and a 24-hour emergency department. Other services include a diagnostic imaging department, company care (a worker's compensation program), and an outpatient rehabilitation facility.

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for our Urgent Care Clinic. You will be working with 4 Nurse Practitioners. We offer 4 day 10 hr shifts but we offer flexible scheduling. CMEs, liability, DEA, are covered by the clinic.

NEW GRADUATES are encouraged to apply!

Must have following:

• Registered nurse with a graduate degree in nur! sing.
• Advanced practice with individuals and families! throughout the life span and across the health continuum.

Job Qualifications:

• Master of Science Degree in Nursing from accredited school
• Certification as Family Practice Nurse
• Licensed and in good standing with the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau
• Current State and Federal Controlled Substance Certification or Equivalent
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Active member of the dependent practitioner medical staff in good standing
