At this time we have an opportunity available for an Executive Director . We’re looking for a service-oriented ED who will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of our community.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Building strong employee, customer and community relations
Ensuring the provision of appropriate services to meet resident needs
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies governing the community
Developing, managing and adhering to the community’s budget
Marketing and census development

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree
H! FA/NHA Licensure for IN
Prior experience in the senior living industry
