We have an exceptional employment opportunity for a Chief
Operatin! g Officer to oversee a multi-state Assisted Living portfolio in the eastern
US. We are looking for a candidate with a verifiable track record of success in Assisted &
Independent Living.
The chosen VP of Operations will have substantial prior experience within Assisted Living. We
are searching for an RVP with documented experience in program development and census/occupancy
growth.
Requirements:
Must have a broad spectrum of LTC experience including ALF, Memory Care, and independent
living.
Minimum 5 years Multi-facility leadership experience
Past employment successes must include :
Sound labor controls
Providing corporate support to multiple Executive Directors
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
The chosen COO / VP of Operations candidate will be rewarded with a market leading
