Our mission is to provide comprehensive consultation to healthcare organizations implementing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) projects.

As one of a select group of partners for a major national health system, MMY is uniquely positioned for future growth. We are currently seeking an ED Consultant with a deep understanding of Cerner FirstNet;

Responsibilities include:

• Issue identification and assessment in FirstNet (Cerner ED) Nursing Documentation, Physician Documentation, Charging and Orders/CPOE
• Meeting facilitation to address issues and problem-solve
• Present resolutions and options to senior director
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings, document findings, review and interview and create executive presentation materials Review financial data from pilot, pre go- live compared to post ! go-live
• Review financial data from pilot, pre go-live! compared to post go-live

Qualifications:

• RN or other clinician
• Experience interacting at the executive level
• Deep knowledge of Cerner FirstNet module
• Operational experience working in an ED
• Mid level Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel 80 to 100% (Monday through Thursday)
• Independent and self-motivated
• Energetic with strong desire to learn
