Paragon Rehabilitation, a subsidiary of Trilogy Hea! lth Services LLC, is seeking a PRN Rehab Tech at St. Andrew's ! Health Campus , a dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus located in Batesville, IN .
The Rehab Tech will be responsible for assistance with routine, standardized exercises related to the development of strength and cardiopulmonary conditioning (working only under the direction, guidance, and direct or "line of sight observation" by the licensed therapist (OTR) (PT)), providing transport of patients to and from therapy and other activities, assistance in maintaining treatment areas, and conducting clerical tasks in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with professional practices and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven track record of successful patient care experience
Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
