Location: East Chicago Indiana

Description: Community Healthcare System is looking of OCC Health Nurse right now, this job will be placed in Indiana. Primary health care is provided to all USS employees and contractors to include occupational and non-occupational cases. Familiar with Worker’s Compensations, OSHA, DOT, and FMLA . Formulates a nursing diagnosis, identify outcome, devise a plan, and implement and evaluate the impact of the intervention under the Nursing Supervisor.

Previous Occupational Health or Emergency experience preferred, ACLS preferred. Indiana RN Licensure required.
