Avalon Springs Health Campus, an innovative and dynamic Long-Term Healthcare, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility in Valparaiso, Indiana is looking for a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing.The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and directing the functions of the nursing department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position is also responsible for conducting in-service training for the campus. If you are looking for an opportunity in your career growth, and you have at least 2 years of charge nurse or unit manager experience, this may be the place for you! The position will include Administrative duties, floor nursing responsibilities, and include on-call responsibilities as well as filling in for Director of Nursing on an as needed basis.
