Legal Nurse: perform medical record & x-ray review for our Pinnacle legal complaints in order to expedite the closure of a backlog of legal complaints. Below please find a ! bullet point listing of responsibilities for this contract position(s):
X-ray & medical record review for Pinnacle legal complaints (List to be provided)
Ensure appropriate documentation is completed for the above reviews and forwarded to Client for further complaint processing (Collection Forms to be provided)
Respond to questions that complaint handling personnel may have and provide required follow-up information
Provide insight on trends found in the information reviewed
Provide suggestions for process improvements for the above responsibilities
