Location: Terre Haute Indiana
Description: Axis Medical Staffing is currently seeking to employ Dialysis RN Travel Assignment right now, this position will be placed in Indiana. More details about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Currently, we are actively searching for highly skilled and qualified Dialysis RNs to work in the Terre Haute area. Acute or Chronic experience required with at least 1 year of cur! rent experience working in a Dialysis setting. Per Diem and Contract opportunities available.

Shift Times: Variable Shifts
Hours/Wk: 36-40/Wk
Facility Type: Outpatient and Acute
ICU experience desired
Hemodialysis experience desired
AMI, eCube and experience preferred
Blended Rate - Housing stipend available
Matching 401k with immediate vesting

Requirements
You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least 1 year of current Dialysis experience in an outpatient or acute setting. In addition, you must meet or exceed the following qualifications:
Active Unencumbered State RN License
Current BLS
Full immunization records (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, etc)
Verifiab! le References
Willingness to complete applicable skills ch! ecklist and competency exam
Effective communication and critical thinking skills
