Staff Nurse - Telemetry Resource Pool

Location: Indianapolis Indiana

Active Indiana RN license
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum of 2 years clinical nur! sing experience as an RN
Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience

JOB SUMMARY:
The Telemetry Resource Pool Staff Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the unit using the Wishard model of care, Synergy. The Telemetry Resource Pool Staff Nurse coordinates with the patient, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate to patient care needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Indiana RN license
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience as an RN in a Telemetry setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Recent experience working with patients on cardiac monitoring

Tier II:
Ø 24-47 hours/pay period (Minimum one 12 hour shift per week)
Ø 50% of hours eve, noc and up to 1 weekend shift/schedule
Ø 1 major holiday/year (Thanksgiving/Christmas Rotation)
Ø $35.00/hour

Tier III:
Ø 48-71 hours/pay period (Minimum two 12 hour shifts p! er week)
Ø 50% of hours worked will be eve, noc and up to 2 weekend shifts/schedule
Ø 1 major holiday/year (Thanksgiving/Christmas Rotation)
Ø 1 minor holiday/year
Ø $40.00/hour

Tier IV:
Ø 72-80 hours/pay period (Minimum three 12 hour shifts per week)
Ø 50% eve, noc, and 3 weekend shifts/schedule
Ø 2 major holidays/year
Ø 2 minor holidays/year
Ø $45.00/hour **A $30.00 per hour rate will be paid for all tier levels until orientation and all other conditions of employment are satisfactorily completed.
