Our Call Center Manager, known internally as our Data Collection Center Manager, trains and supervises our call ce! nter staff to handle both inbound and outbound dialing for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a professional decorum. With a limited supply of healthcare practioners in the United States, it is imperative that every time we interact with them that we do so with the utmost of professionalism and respect so that the healthcare practioners not only choose to participate in market research with us today but in the future as well.

The successful candidate will manage and direct the daily activities of our Call Center Representatives as well as plan and manage the day to day functions including call monitoring, coaching, training, disciplining and review for all representatives. This supervisory role also means this person will personally work to resolve customer questions or complaints. Human Resource activities such as preparing schedules, attendance monitoring, and conflict resolution are also a component of this position.

The Call Center Manage! r will be fully responsible for accurate project planning, ana! lysis, and reporting of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet these established criteria are necessary for successful job performance. While the pace of the work is faster than average, quality is never compromised.

While two or more years of experience in management is required, prior experience in either a call center management position or in market research is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management position

  • Experience in effectively and efficiently handling multiple priorities with interruptions
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellence in Microsoft Word and Excel and using Internet Explorer
  • Excellent int! erpersonal and business communication skills complimented by strong leadership skills and professional maturity
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Utilization of effective time management skills to organize and manage multiple projects and prioritize
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and concepts
  • Ability to identify, measure and exceed established goals for assigned groups
  • Positive attitude and skilled aptitude

Our Call Center Manager works hand-in-hand with our project management team to prioritize activitie! s and responsibilities for our call center which is the “face” of t! he company to healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, etcetera, who wish to participate in market research.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project management teams to prioritize project load
  • Create a confident call center team who understands a sense of urgency balanced with excellent customer service and a professional decorum
  • Train representatives on policies and procedures as well as project requirements
  • Encourage representatives for continued growth and development
  • React and adjust quickly to changing conditions
  • Generate practical ideas to solve problems
  • Management of projects and personnel for maximum efficiency and accuracy
  • Follow human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliant with the law
  • Hire and fire call center representatives as needed
  • Input and maintenance of data into company database(s) with accuracy
  • Support in daily activities of our in-house focus-group facilities

Extra Consideration:
    Experience in a Market Research Data Collection Call Center or environment
  • Experience as a Call Center Supervisor or Manager
Compensation:
Commensurate with level of skills and experience.
