Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who coordinates and provides patient care to the appropriate age group ranging from young adult to geriatric and by utilizing the concepts of the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation), the nursing standards of patient care, and Hospital policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates performance consistent with the Mission, Philo! sophy, Core Values and goals of the organization. The Registered Nurse remains flexible to changing systems. The Registered Nurse maintains the flow of information, assures appropriate documentation of treatment and interventions, and functions in collaboration as a member of the multi-disciplinary clinical team. The RN maintains recording and reporting changes in symptoms and conditions to the appropriate persons. The Registered Nurse must be capable of physically assisting patients, dealing with patient emergencies, and administering medications, in accordance with physicians' orders. May be designated as Charge nurse.

Qualifications
Must have current Indiana RN license to be considered. Prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred. Critical Care / LTACH experience preferred. Prior experience with ventilators is preferred.
Will consider new grads with previous Student Nurse experience in an ICU / Critical Care setting.
Previous LPN experience in a critical care setting is a plus.
