The applicant must have a strong clinical background and management experience, preferably in the hospital. The applic! ant must be comfortable working in a busy office environment. This is a full time position. The office is open Monday â€" Friday from 8a â€" 4:30p. Description (Responsibilities/ Attributes):
Manage day-to-day activities and guide the recruiting team Build professional relationships with customers, associates and staff. Deliver high quality service to customers and associates by matching associates’ skills with customer needs Will interview candidates on their clinical skills Will help with sourcing and recruiting when necessary Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or contract employees. Manage team of recruiters and a recruiting assistant including attracting, selecting, development, and evaluating recruiting team. Ensure an effective submittal and fill rate on all open orders in addition to ! including Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years previous expe! rience in a supervisory or leadership role Must have clinical background, preferred background in hospital setting
