Description: Centerstone is employing Family Support Specialist right now, this position will be placed in Indiana. Further informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Seeking persons to provide case management services to children and families in home and community settings. Candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in behavior programs and ! able to work well within a team setting.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word and Outlook) and satisfactory verbal and written communication skills for utilizing electronic clinical record system; flexibility and ability to work independently. Satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation required. At a minimum, applicants must possess at least two years of direct service experience working or volunteering in a human service organization, including but not limited to CMHC or other Behavioral Health Organization, Hospital or Medical Practice, Nursing Home or Assisted Living Facilities, MR/DD organizations, Youth-Serving Organization or Program, Childcare Organizations, School, Child Welfare Program, or Social Service Organization. Bachelor degree in psychology, social work or related field required.
