This search is for a Director of Pharmacy for permanen! t placement in Indianapolis, IN Hospital Pharmacy. Director of Pharmacy should have at least 3-5 years of Director level or Coordinator level experience. The requirements are as follows, but are no limited to: Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a current Indiana license
• Pharm-D preferred, but not required
• Acute Care Hospital Experience
• Residency training preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with CPSI and Pyxis automated pharmacy dispensing systems preferred
• A working knowledge of CPOE and EMAR
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary groups to build consensus
• Hospital and leadership experience a must. Monday-Friday 8:30-5, variable
