Description: Good Samaritan Home, Inc is currently seeking to employ Director of Nursing right now, this vacancy will be placed in Indiana. The Good Samaritan Home, Inc. is a 220 bed, faith based, not-for-profit C.C.R.C. healthcare facility that provides a wide variety of nursing care services including Residential Living, Skilled Care, Memory Care, and Nursing Home. The Home offers employees a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package.

This is a full-time salaried exempt position. The primary purpose of this position is to direct, evaluate, and manage the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with facility policies, and all current federal, state, an! d local guidelines that govern long term care facilities. This! position is also responsible to update nursing policies and procedures, evaluate best practices, identify areas to implement process improvement, and to ensure compliance, and that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. This position requires a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years prior working experience as a Director of Nursing in long term care.

Successful candidates for these positions must be detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and possess the ability to work well with others.
