Perform maintenance and service on building systems products at customer sites such as electronic fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, sound systems, nurse call, etc. Read and interpret ! blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems IT programs, schematics, and operational product manuals; utilize a laptop to manage daily call activity and archive test results. Minimum experience in fire alarm and/or security systems of 3 to 5 years.
Qualifications
- Two year Associates Degree in Electrical, Electronics or equivalent military training
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 40 lbs and ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Working knowledge of
and use of test equipment to include: oscilloscope, multi-meters, digital
analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meter, decibel meters, and communicating devices.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- Security & background check is required.
