Wellstone Regional
Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville,
Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents
of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone
specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, Adults, CD,
and the Geriatric population. In addition to our in-patient services,
we offer out-patient programs as well. Wellstone currently has a
Nurse Manager position available.

The Nursing Manager ! is a registered nurse who
shares delegated responsibility ! and accountability with the Director
of Nursing in all matters related to programmatic issues, unit staff,
patient management and care, and daily FTE’s. The Nurse Manager hires and
supervises unit nursing staff as assigned. Assists Director of
Nursing with compliance to hospital policy and procedures. This is an Exempt Salaried
position.

Requirements

The following are the job requirements for the Nurse Manager :
Minimum of (2) years experience in a psychiatric setting and as an
RN required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred from an accredited
college preferred with management experience. Must have an Indiana RN
license. Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, background
checks, fingerprinting, reference checks, etc.

This is a benefit eligible position. Benefit package
