Location: INJob Type: Direct HireDate: Apr 26, 2013Job ID: 01934214"Critical to the Success of any Healthcare Organization is the Quality of it`s Clinical Staff."J! ob LocationGeographic Location: near Kokomo, IndianaDirector - Emergency DepartmentUnit Director generally reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and is responsible for directing and coordinating the Emergency Department (including EMS) in a manner reflective of the Hospital`s philosophy and objective for maintaining required supplies and staffing, and for acting as liaison between the Hospital Administration and the staff. Serves as the Nurse Administrator on-call ( as necessary) to provide leadership and management to personnel during the off hours.
