Job Summary
Divine Home Healthcare, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides and Home Health Aides (CNA/HHA) in the Fort Wayne area to work with our clients in their homes providing support with daily living tasks, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Certified Nurse Aides (CNA)/Home Health Aides (HHA) work closely with patients and are responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming, taking patient vital signs and light housekeeping duties to name a few.
Home Health Aides must ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information on patient conditions to nurses.
Full time and Part time positions available.
CNA/HHA Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
- Minimum one (1) year of HHA or CNA experience required, based on state requirements.
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical within the last 6 months
- Copy of current or updated TB results/ Chest x-ray ( a 2 step or current year and previous year)
-Reliable transportation
