Description: Parkview Home Health and Hospice is presently looking of Home Health Lead RN right now, this position will be placed in Indiana. For complete informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Do you have a minimum of two years of experience?

Summary: The Lead RN supports the Clinical Manager in the daily operations of the department; and in the mentoring and professional development of staff. The Lead RN is responsible for utilization review activities. The Lead RN facilitates the delivery of optimal patient care by the healthcare team through delegation, facilitation, collaboration, critical thinking and prioritization. The Lead RN is accountable for the management of care and the care environment by ensuring effective comm! unication through all member of the healthcare team. All activ! ities are conducted while ensuring compliance with Home Health/Hospice requirements and established policies under the supervision of the Management Team

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Must provide current RN license by Indiana State Board of Nursing. Must have valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Must have current CPR certification.

Experience: Must have two or more years’ experience as a registered nurse. Additional two years of home health / hospice provider or intermediary experience preferred. Knowledge of federal regulations and state licensure requirements.

Other Qualifications: Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates working knowledge of computer systems. Must demonstrate competency in the delivery of patient care including competency based practice and! age specific care.
