The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care and service during the preoperative and postoperative periods, integrating and making nursing judgments pertaining to the patient’s condition on a routine and emergency basis. Oversees the supervision of non-licensed personnel. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner adhering to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Must be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. Must be able to quickly solve problems using critical thinking, and have excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Qualifications: Bachelor or Associate of Science in Nursing. Current license as a registered nurse with the State of Indiana. Participate in CPR and ACLS certification. Prior experience in pre/post op, ICU or PACU. OrthoIndy is an Equal Opportunity Employer
